We love being a part of rodeos, food truck rallies, farmer's markets, grand openings, fairs, expos, business events, and any other gathering imaginable. Our food truck is equipped to handle small or large scale events.
Communities
Communities can be tough for some food trucks to service the quick volume of people, but we have a solution! We spend 16 hours on the smokers preparing for a location so everything is cooked prior to even setting up. Our foods are held in warmers on the food truck so the serving time is approximately 2 minutes once the order is placed. Your residents never have a long wait for their meal. Catering
We specialize in catering events. If you have an upcoming wedding, baby shower, holiday party, graduation celebration, or just a backyard shindig and you don't feel like cooking, give us a call today and discover our affordable prices. Catering starts at $18.95/per person with a minimum of 50 people. We offer options where we can provide buffet-style or table service for a flat fee, or we can drop off the food in disposable pans for self-service. We have the equipment and knowledge to be capable of handling any size catering event.
