Born and raised in Fort Myers, Michael Crow has been perfecting his culinary arts, including flawlessly smoking meats for over 25 years. Leaving a successful career in construction, Michael, his wife Rachel, and daughter Willow moved to Arcadia in 2019 to start a small farm and pursue their dream. With a lot of hard work and elbow grease Michael built his first food truck with an attached smoker in 2021. During this time Rachel spent long nights working on certifications, licensing, research, marketing and connecting with potential clients to book future events. In early 2023, they upgraded and built out a larger rig which they work out of today. Together the team continues their homegrown business of serving delicious food and providing client-centric services while caring for their little farm and beautiful young daughter.
