Born and raised in Fort Myers, Michael Crow has been perfecting his culinary arts, including flawlessly smoking meats for 25 years. Leaving a successful career in construction, Michael, his wife Rachel, and daughter Willow moved to Arcadia in 2019 to start a small farm and pursue their dream. With a lot of hard work and elbow grease Michael built his first custom food truck with an attached smoker for cooking along with the eye-catching visual appeal. During this time Rachel spent long nights working on certifications, licensing, research, marketing and connecting with potential clients to book future events. Together the team started their homegrown business of delicious food and client-centric services while caring for their little farm and beautiful four year old daughter .
